PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.

1. License Grant:
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") grants you, the end user, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Scope of License:
This license allows you to use the Software for the specified period of time according to your acquired license key and expires thereafter. You will be automatically and promptly notified of the need to renew the license key. You may install and use the Software on a single computer or device unless expressly stated otherwise. Each license is valid for ONE DEMO ACCOUNT and ONE LIVE ACCOUNT.

3. Restrictions:
You are not authorized to rent, lease, sell, distribute, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software, nor to use or license it for commercial purposes. Similarly, it is prohibited to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. The use of the Software in copy-trading, including the use of copying programs on your own IT platform, as well as the use or installation on copy trading-platforms (e.g., at the broker), is strictly prohibited. Violations of these provisions will be pursued under civil law and brought before a court of competent jurisdiction. Additionally, they entail a damage claim of at least 250,000 €.

4. Ownership:
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Licensor. This EULA does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of the Licensor.

5. Support and Maintenance:
The subscription includes the licensing rights to the current software version for the duration of the ongoing contract period. New software versions will be offered via download link on the Licensor's homepage. The Licensor is not obligated to provide individual technical support for the software. However, individual support, consulting, and software training can be separately purchased according to the terms of the Licensor’s partners/resellers.

6. Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination:
This EULA shall become effective upon your installation or other use of the Software and shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Licensor. This EULA shall automatically terminate if you violate any of the provisions of this Agreement.

8. Applicable Law:
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of GERMANY, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

9. Entire Agreement:
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the Software.

By installing or otherwise using the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install or use the Software.
